    Default Cocktails

Well since it's New Years and everyone is drinking and or drunk, I figure we should all take the time to list some cocktails that we enjoy, preferabley obscure cocktails, no Cuba Libres, no Gin & Tonics, no Martini's, but more stuff like Youngblood's Vodka Ceasars.

Tonight I am drinking what is called a "Bulldog Highball", it's 2 oz. Gin, 2 oz. Orange Juice, and then you top off the glass(a highball glass) with Ginger Ale....they are mighty refreshing.

Tonight I am drinking "dark and stormy's". Despite the incredibly homosexual name, the combination of Sailor Jerry's dark rum and Ginger Ale is more pleasurable than seeing Lyle dragged off to a "reeducation" camp. I don't know if that really counts as a cocktail though.

I don't want to seem like an asshole but I believe traditional "Dark and Stormy's" are made with Ginger BEER and not Ginger Ale....Ginger Beer is different, it's hot, it's used to make Moscow Mules (another drink a Pink Commie like you would enjoy ).

    Tonight I have also had:

Polo Cocktail - 1 oz. Gin, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp Orange Juice, served in a martini glass.

Fog Horn & Gin Buck: the components are basically the same although the Fog Horn has Lemon Juice and the Gin Buck has Lime Juice....but both have Gin and Ginger Ale
