Poor. Pretty awful, actually.

I am sure that newbies to the genre might get a fright, but for me it was like a bad episode of Ghost "Whatever."

For me it was just 'meh'. A lot of build up for a ten minute payoff that didn't exactly payoff.

I thought some of it was different, but you're right. The whole movie built up until the last 10 minutes and it was kind of just over.
