Are there any types of workouts or stretches that I could use to make it easier to twist my hip into it whenever I throw a punch? When I start throwing combos, it becomes harder to fully put my hips into my punches. Any ideas, or will it come just with practice?

. The problem is identifying why they are not Flexable, there are a lot of major muscles attached to that come into play in that area. Be carefull. Get someone who understands walking Gait all the clues can be worked out from it.
