I just really don't see the point in a Hatton rematch. Their fight was so one sided and aside from the first round, Malignaggi was simply not in it whatsoever. I can't see him going up to 147 to fight Berto either. Unless it's another annoying catchweight situation.
I can see how Malignaggi looks now being competitive against Hatton. Pac took a lot out of Hatton and Malignaggi has been boxing a lot better recently. But against Berto...that would end being nearly a massacre. Berto would be the strongest, fastest, and biggest opponent Malignaggi has ever faced. I like Malignaggi but Berto would be a wrong turn.

Paulie wasn't throwing much combinations, mostly one jab and an uppercut from the outside.
When he throws quick combo's they/re beautiful imo, he could beat Hatton this time if he is focused and not injured.

Hatton has very good footwork, he might outbox a shot Hatton but a half decent Hatton beats Paulie everyday of the week, beating a shit fat Diaz who in truth has lost 5 out of his last 6 is no great shout in truth.
Paulie needs to beat some better fighters like a Khan or a Marquez before he mixes it with Hatton again, the first fight was so one sided he would need to make a huge statement to get that rematch, he just wants a payday in truth.

Powderpuff will be getting whooped by Khan in May.
