Default Who's Hoping Tomasz Adamek Beats The Hell Out Of Chris Arreola ?

I really like Tomasz Adamek the only time i didn't full root for him, was in the Chad Dawson fight, well i was 50-50 split rooting for both Adamek vs Dawson.

He truly is a warrior his memorable wars with Paul Briggs, are some of the best Light Heavyweight fights of the decade. And despite getting outclassed by Chad Dawson, he come on late flooring Chad Dawson and stunning him quite badly.

Since that loss he has been nothing but impressive, winning the Cruiserweight world title, and moving up two weight classes. Beating fighters such as O'Neil Bell, Andrew Golota, Steve Cunningham, Johnathon Banks, ETC.

And now we finally have an exciting Heavyweight who is in pretty good shape, and i hope he mops the floor with the fat/lazy unmotivated crying little baby aka Chris Arreola.

Adamek is a beast and I'm a big fan. He fought the best at 175 and 200. Arreola is just too big. If Arreola took Vitali's punches without going down, how will Adamek hurt him? This is a fight where I finally think Arreola's conditioning may affect the outcome. He won't win if he can't cut off the ring in the later rounds because he is tired unless he knocks Tomaz out, which is entirely possible. Tomaz hasn't felt punches from someone like Arreola before.

I would love it and think he has a much better chance than most people are giving him. It'd be good for boxing, these underachievers at HW have got to go.

Chris is good but he is going to be surprised by Adamek.

Tomasz will be alot quicker than he is used to and Chris hasnt met a guy who puts his shots togethre as well.

    Adameks wins inside the distance

I really dont see how arreola starts this as favourite? Sure he has the power, but adamek has the speed and agility to stay well away from arreolas shots for 12 rounds.

I agree with rantracat, arreola is gonna eventually have to up his work rate as he`ll get his head boxed off in the early rounds. If he can cut adamek down and force a fight out of him then its an entirely different story.

But adamek would be pretty stupid to even attempt to try and trade with arreola

I hope Adamek wins too. I can't believe how much that fat doorman got overrated before Vitali beat him.

Having said that, this is actually a good fight for heavyweight. Eff the Klits, Adamek, fat doorman, Haye, Povetkin - these are the fights to be made.

Call me crazy, but I think Vitali hasn't really had the same "pop" in his punches since his back injury. Look at what Vitali did to Lennox Lewis (when he stunned LL badly in the 2nd) and look what he did to Danny Williams and then look how he fought Juan Carlos Gomez who has a far less durable chin.

I think Adamek has a perfect chance to just batter Arreola. Cris is big, fat, and lazy, his hands are slow, and he has no dedication to the sport. Sure Arreola has power but Adamek has heart, desire, and dedication...he should run circles around Cris.

I think at this point in time Sam Peter might be very well prepared to take on Arreola and win.

Arreola just has given nothing to boxing since beating Chazz Witherspoon. I don't mean he hasn't given fans good fights, I mean he hasn't dedicated himself to the sport like he said he would and until he does that he's going to be a big fat bum.

As usual in this fight i could care less who wins, i just want to see a good fight. I think it's crazy that people talk crap about arreola when the dude is a decent fighter and has only loss to vitali who has damn near beaten everyone else he's faced as well, were they all out of shape too. Arreola could have come in at 147 ripped and he still would have the same record he does now. The dude has only lost once, there are guys in tip top shape who can't say that. Haye brags about his condition and he won't even fight a klitchko. Adamek has a great chance this is actually a pretty decent match up. Congrats to whoever wins. This out of shape crap is just silly. Juan diaz is one of most out of shape guys out there, no one gives him shit. And his record is worse than arreolla's.

I'll be rooting for Adamek, he has the ability to beat Arreola but I just don't see it happening. As others have said; he gets hit too much & against Arreola's power that spells trouble in my book. Even a used up Golota tagged him a few times to make me worry how he'll take Arreola's shots...

Tua stops both of them either way!!!

Just watched the Adamek vs. Golota fight for the first time last night and Adamek was wayyyyyyy too fast for Golota.

Of course Arreola will be quicker than Golota but he's still a big fat slow heavyweight and I think Adamek has a good chance of outboxing him and putting the hurt on him late.

Slow in foot movement, but Arreola puts his combinations together pretty quickly.

This is the first time Adamek will be in there with a live, prime, hard-punching heavyweight. I'm curious to see if he can withstand the shots.
