Default Mayweather vs Duran at 135, who would win?

Let's say the best Floyd at 135 vs the best Duran at 135, who would win?

I've heard from a lot of people throughout the years say Floyd would embarrass Duran at 135, because supposedly Duran had trouble with slick boxers and that Floyd is slick and undefeated. So how would this mythical matchup play out? I know for sure Floyd won't ko or stop Duran, so does he take a UD or gets outworked, possibly even stopped by Hands of Stone?

I know for sure someone will bring up Esteban de Jesus in their 1st encounter, I'll get to that later.

So who takes this? Floyd or Duran?

Duran was the greatest lightweight ever and was unstoppable force who had non-stop punch power, speed and boxing skills.

I saw a few of Duran's fights on the way to the title and his endurance was incredible. The man had no fear and to top it off, he was not only in your face but over, under, around and through your defense. In the second De Jesus fight, he displayed a remarkable defense and boxing skills at 135. After he gained the title he was remarkable improving with every fight. Sorry Floyd!

I just don't know how Floyd could have dealt with Duran's sturdiness. Duran was a MONSTER at lightweight. It would be a fight but I'd have to favor Duran. You know what fight would have been an AWESOME fight at 135? Duran vs Sugar Shane Mosley.

Duran would whoop that ass all up and down the ring. Best lightweight ever.
Only fighters to give him trouble:

    Shane Mosley
    Chavez
    Sweet Pea
    Meldrick Taylor

Duran taps that ass. Mosley vs duran @ 135 would of been one of the greatest fights of all time IMO

Now you say Pernell Whitaker and Meldrick Taylor would trouble Duran, but in the same post state he would have whooped Floyd up and down the ring?

Taylor was a 140 pound fighter, not a 135 one, even though he started his career there.

Mosley and Chavez lose a UD to Duran. Against Whitaker I slightly favor Duran, but it will be close.

Remember folks, Duran at 135 has speed, power, chin, and endless stamina, there's a reason why he's considered to be a top 2 lightweight of all time.
