i just heard the pacman on his official website has agreed to 14 day cut off for fight with mayweather..just as long as his opponent has the same test and not too much blood is taken.

why cant he take it all the way up the fight...will mayweather conform to this? does he have too?

14 days sounds reasonable to me. mayweather is an a$$ and won't conform unless it is HIS way. hes that type of fighter. always wants it his way or no way. I suppose thats good for him, cause I still think pac will beat him up.

It's not whether the drugs leave his system in 14 days anyways... it weather taking drugs 14 days before the fight will improve his performance...

Currently at his demanded 24 day cut off before the fight, there is reason to believe that IF he is on something or does take PED's (hate that word.. reminded me of "pedophile"... but it's quicker to type), that if he takes his final test 24 days before the fight, then he can get back on the stuff and be at his peak performance for the fight.. or at least enhanced...

If that last test date was cut back to 14 days, then obviously IF he was taking something, it may have a lesser effect.. But no one know IF or WHAT he may take, or how long it takes to have effects, so these dates are irrelevant...

He's just playing with symantics now... He must either submit to the olympic standard testing or not... It's not "Floyd's special made up schedule of drug testing",,, it's Olympic standard drug testing that Floyd is demanding...... It makes no difference how Pac wants to play around with cut-off dates.... Floyd is only going to take the fight if Pac agree's to the Olympic standard...

Well, alot of people do hate mayweather. But alot of us are wondering...why Floyds concern for "cleaning up the sport" didn't come up until the public started screaming for him to fight Pacman. He never did this with any other fight. And no other boxer out there (that i've found) has voiced concerns about feeling week after having blood drawn (Manny's video interview after Morales fight 2005). I agree that this would clean up the sport and am all for it. But to think that Floyd did this "for boxing"...please. He did this because he has a VERY REAL CONCERN about Pacmans speed and power. as he should

Manny and Floyd can not maintain the status quo of the previous negotiation if they want the megafight to happen. One of them has to give in. I don't think that Mayweather will give in so if Manny would just agree to even a 14 day cut-off, that should be good enough. Taking the tests WOULD BENEFIT PAC. Imagine the statement "I showed the world I am clean, all my victories have been legit and...I gave Floyd his first defeat and got my biggest payday ever, who's next?" Pac has more to gain than to lose by taking this olympic style blood/urine test.

It's not a requirement for the state boxing comission to ask Floyd for $10,000,000 per extra pound, yet, Floyd is totally fine with it among other demands Pac came up with. Floyd just asked for one which is fair for EVERYBODY but Pac has come up with all kind of contradicting silly excuses to not take the test. Mosley took the tests and so did Floyd, and nobody got a heart attack or nightmares.

THIS. Pacquiao destroyed DLH & Hatton because 1. they couldn't deal with his speed and 2. they couldn't match it.. Mayweather however can do both of those, and what's more he'll be FAR harder to hit than DLH and Hatton were. Pac mans aggression worked for him in his recent fights but the more aggressive he is against Floyd the more openings he will leave, and Floyd WILL exploit them.

Yes they do and while shane uses an old school mix up pacquiao is out and out attack

Only time floyds been in with someone that attacking was the night he fought hatton and had to rely on cortez screwing hatton whenever they came together (not that im claiming hatton would of definitely beaten floyd, would of been 50/50 though)

Lets just wait until floyd is manouvering himself around the ring and pac blasts him with an overhand right and follows it through with a straight left sending floyds ass straight to the canvas
