Maybe it's all a lie to trick Mayweather into thinking that he's ran himself down (similar to Ricky Hatton but with politics, singing and bad acting not Carlsberg) and that this would counteract letting him fight with steroids.
It's all a ploy to make Floyd drop the random tests!!!!111!

Yep, steroids increase stomach acid which burns away the lining of the stomach and causes ulcers
