Interview for the Police next week.

Just letting you all know ive got an interview to be a Special Police Constable next week for British Transport Police.

I wont get paid, but as BTP only recruit Police officers internally it will stand me in good ground for when a position comes up. Thats if I pass the interview.

Specials have the same powers as regular officers and wear the same clothing and stupid helmets, just dont get paid.

For still being 18 I was surprised to get an interview, hopefully I dont fuck it up so I can tear the streets of Liverpool will the power of arrest

Good luck Lefty, just prepare well and you'll do fine. Even if they reject you this time around, if you interview well you'll have a leg up on everyone else next time around.

Lefty, if you get in, try not to become one of the bad guys.
I have a mate who resigned from the West Yorkshire force because he said there were more criminals wearing police uniform than wearing shell suits.
He got called in to see the deputy Chief Constable, who asked him to stay and told him that the only way to change policing was from the inside.
