adding to the already long list of of fighters he's ducked (Casamayor @ Jr. Light, Mosley @ Light, Tszyu @ Light Welter, Cotto/Margarito/Pacman/Williams @ Welter).

Now if Floyd wasn't such a pussy a fight with Martinez makes perfect sense. Martinez coming off a HUGE win, he'd get another title at 154lb as well as the 160lb title as well, which could be a perfect bargaining tool with a fight with Pacman (LOL just in-case he grows a pair in the mean time).

Didnt somebody on here report he had a deal to fight him earlier this year? Something like $5mil for Martinez and eveything else for Floyd? Martinez already said he'd do 154lb and fight him. No way Mayweather fights him now after he destroyed PWill

I'm feeling fairly critical of Floyd atm but...

Didn't Floyd fight JMM who demolished Casmayor. Wrecked an undefeated Hatton who beat Tszyu.
Beat Mosley who Kayo'd Margarito.

Don't mean to be pedantic and pick your post apart, but there are far better things to criticise Mayweather about.

Boring...Maybe he's the newest fighter Manny Pacquiao can duck too? I mean Martinez isn't in Bob Arums inner-stable is he so I guess that makes Martinez a no go. Maybe they'll try and bring Martinez down to 131 1/2 lbs and still have the middleweight title on the line? Pac is guilty of just as many, if not more boxing crimes than Floyd is.

Mayweather or Pacquiao isn't mandated to fight Martinez a career 154 pound fighter, now a 160 pound fighter. At this point of their careers mayweather and Pac are both 147 fighters. This kind of stuff is nonsense about ducking Martinez.

Can someone explain to me how a WW not fighting a MW constitutes ducking? I get that Floyd's resume is pretty weak at 147, but come on, Martinez would have to kill himself to get near 154 and Mayweather weighed, what, 150/151 against ODLH? No way that fight gets made, no way Pac/Martinez gets made, its hardly ducking if you don't fight someone that's just naturally away from your own weight class.
