Impressed with Vic Darchinyan!

man, this guy is one tough sum bitch! although i had mares winning by a slim margin, darchinyan boxed beautifully especially in the early going. if not for mares attacking darchinyan's body early, i think vic would have won.

i think the reason why mares looked so ordinary as opposed to previous fights, was because darchinyan's "crab" style frustrated him. darchinyan is hard to hit squarely on a regular basis and i think his hand speed is very underrated. and with the exception of getting blown away from donaire, i think his chin is solid as well. i'm glad abner mares won but i am also a vic darchinyan fan because this guy brings it every time.

I like both guys, Mares more, and he def won the fight. Vic did not impress me much tonight to be honest.

I mean Vic did his usually bullshit of trying to bully the other guy, laid back tried to counter with the big left hand or the left uppercut. And Vic can not fight inside to save his life.

Then as usual Vic was a very sore loser.


Good for Mares. He beat up the bully, and with a bad cut no less.
