Been reading a lot of scraps posts, and gonna get some woody bands, I know they're expensive so does anyone know where to get them for a good price and what weight shall I go for. Thanks

I weigh 75kgs, 6foot, im not sure what size to get, I saw one of your video where the guy has two from his feet over shoulders. but id also like to use the technique of tying to your head and shadow boxing. I have some normal resistance bands but dont think they're strong enough. Thanks for help
