Default Is Teddy Atlas a little slow?

I like Teddy but is he slow, punch drunk maybe? Sometimes on fnf he just looks dazed like he just got hit with a hard left hook.

When Atlas says someone won't amount to anything, it will translate to success. It was kind of like in Japan in K-1 if this one guy slapped you it meant you'd be successful.

Well over here if Teddy Atlas picks against you, you're gonna have success.

So it's the same, without the slap

But its hilarious, they've probably embedded it within the game that when he says about you "This fighter has no chance at this point" that you can land the one punch knockout. If they want the game 100% realistic it has to be in

I respect the guy , he sure as hell knows more than any of us and I like how he has no script or loyalty to anyone. You get his version of the truth everytime. Now his versions of the truth are kinda nutty sometime , but at least he doesn't bitch out and say what Espn or boxing would have him say and still manages to keep getting paid to do it

Teddy taught me everything I know about analogies

I use the 'rough neighbourhood' one at work all the time!

He could compile a book of them, he's extremely good with the analogies and seems to have an endless supply of them. Quite incredible. I'm sure he sits up at night and thinks a lot of them up.

Atlas is one of boxings poets. Sure, he can look a bit dead eyed sometimes, but there is something tick tocking away in there somewhere.

I like him and Merchant a lot.

Teddy helps make FNF entertaining, but usually for all the wrong reasons, I don't per-say dislike the dude, but at the same time I don't take anything he says seriously. How he was able to worm his way into becoming a "respected" trainer is a mystery to me, as for his "expert" analogies and/or analysis, most of the time they're pure crap.
