Default Milton McCrory vs Colin Jones Underrated Fights.

I watched the 1st fight quite awhile ago, and was looking for the rematch for sometime. I just watched it and i have to say these 2 fights were underrated gems. One of the most underrated pair of Welterweight fights.

A classic boxer vs puncher, good action all the way ebb and flow. Milton McCrory showing the flashy skills and Colin Jones showing the true grit never taking a backward step.

If you haven't seen these fights do yourself a favour and watch them.

I liked Curry destroying Collins myself that was quality boxing.

Colin Jones had fell out of love with boxing by then, not that it really would of mattered anyway. Because Donald Curry in his prime was simply awesome, remember that cut aswell ? simply nasty.

Sliced and diced by Curry. Collins was a tough fighter, he beat Kirkland Lang twice as well.

Those were GREAT fights. I thought Jones won the first one.

It was fun watching a guy as athletically limited as Jones find ways to compete with the far more talented Iceman.

I remember one of the announcers (no idea who) say something like "Colin Jones may just be too much man for McCrory."

Milton McCrory looked alot like Tommy Hearns style wise, he had the flicker jab the footwork the speed the height. But he didn't have that thundering power like Tommy Heans.
