Herol Graham, Colin jones, Michael Watson, pat Cowdell, and of course not forgetting the "A Force"
Any other suggestions?

You had to go and throw the A Farce in there, immediately marking this as a joke thread!
As a Welshman I'll throw forward the name of Nicky Piper, and for my serious pick James DeGale.

Herol Graham, one point unfairly deducted against McCallum cost him the draw, Julian Jackson corner about throw towel in before you know what, come out of retirement and knocking down Brewer (twice) in his home town before being stopped, cannot get more unlucky than that.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
Herol Graham without a doubt
closely followed by Pele Reid and Takaloo
Don't bully fat kids - they've got enough on their plate
Chris Eubanks WBO title should not count either.
Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
The first fight with Kalambay was for the european title and number one slot, not the world title. That was without Ingle who sold his rights to the Irish promoter, and he said his head was not there, blew his shot though.
Against McCallum it was very close and he should have won that. The second time he fought Kalamaby was a robbery, think he knocked Kalamabay down at least once but in Italy he was not going to get the decision.

It's Bomber Graham imo.
Tony Sibson is one that hasn't been mentioned yet.
Billy Schwer was doing very well against Ruelas before the bruising.
Henry Wharton came close
Michael Watson

Ryan Rhodes![]()
Some good names mentioned.
Don't want to sound harsh but just quickly checked out Watson's record before posting and he had a points defeat earlier in his career over 8 against a more experienced fighter but really was someone Watson should have come through against. ko'd in the 11th against Mccallum then defeated against Eubank twice. He was relatively young at 26 so had he not been injured so tragically he still had time to come good. To me it seems he was a fighter who was destined to always fail at the very top against the best. A bit like Ryan Rhodes.
