    Default Seeing Stars

I should put this on the training section but feel a bit shy so ask you normal folk.

When you train to near exhaustion and on the verge of passing out, what do you lot see. This is where some people say they see stars, hence the title to the thread. However I see black spots/ash floating around me. Is that normal?

I dont know really...i dont think I have ever felt that bad after a workout. Ive felt like throwing up though, maybe once or twice saw black dots but that was along time ago. Youve gotta push yourself but there is a limit, go too hard and youll just do damage to yourself and youll be discouraged which wont help your motivation to keep going with it.

Snakey you sound as if you do not go for the burn, you lazy git.

I also forgot to mention I also see these black spots when I am really straining to have a big shit.

    Blood pressure.

I wouldn't mistake it as the sign of a good workout!

Seeing stars is a sign of concussion.

" When a cartoon character gets bonked on the head, stars appear and float in a silly circle. It may be funny to see in a cartoon, but it's not so funny when it happens for real. Seeing stars, feeling goofy or dazed for a little while, or being knocked out after getting hit in the head are all symptoms of a type of brain injury called a concussion."

I don't know what black spots/ash floating around is a sign of. Probably exhaustion.
