Taboo Discussion topics: Top 10

From experience, I have found that the topic which is MOST taboo/uncomfortable to people is the topic of moving their bowels/constipation, etc. and related. This is a very important topic as the Romans and Greeks used to say that you can tell a person's health not by what they eat but by what comes out of them. Regular bowel movements are essential for good health. Some of my friends in NJ say they often don't go to the bathroom for 3 or 4 days at a time! To me this is outrageous. Can't be a healthy thing. So are the off-topic forum crew feeling this is on the list of Top 10 Taboo Topics?
