Nothing needs to be said more than what I just bolded .. we have more than twice the champions you do. Uruguay has won the world cup twice and they have less than 3 million people.. brazil has 192 million people, yet brazil only has about 3 more world cups than they do. Does that mean Uruguay is better because of the percentage of stats? Fuck no because they STILL have LESS. All that matters is the numbers of champions.
