Default Chavez , Donaire , Cunningham and Quigg fight scores now completed

Thanks to everybody on Saddo who took part in adding scores for these fights along with all the other fan sites.. The Chavez and Donaire fights i feel were quite easy to judge although some only had Chavez winning by 2 rounds and even 1 had Vasquez Jnr beating Donaire lol.

The Hernandez vs Cunningham fight was the best of the lot that split the boxing fans and press , id still say that the majority still thought that Hernandez won but there more than a few that though Cunningham had done enough. Also there were a number that had this fight a draw.

The Quigg vs Arthur fight had a controversial stoppage by Ref Mark Green , at the time of stoppage the majority had Quigg in front JUST although quite a few had it even , nobody had Arthur ahead even though he scored a knockdown.

I have been able to make some cracking contacts from twitter etc who are happy to supply me their scores , some i have to e-mail etc. Thanks to the likes of Steve Kim , Glyn Leach , Dan Rafael , Gab Montoya etc etc but also to the fans on the boxing sites.

ps: thanks to Ouma Fan on here for your help

Cheers - the blog is below in the signature

No problem. I always score fights properly while watching them (half the fun imo) so am glad to share.

Your blog shows what a joke that Vasquez 115-112 card was. I dont know where these judges get their cards from sometimes, its unfathomable to me.

Regarding the Chavez fight. There were a crazy amount of tight rounds in that fight so im not suprised scores were wild. I feel that a lot of people were probably influenced in giving Chavez close rounds by the SUPER BIASED HBO commentary team. They literally ignore when Chavez gets hit a lot of the time. Also as a sidenote, Merchant didnt mention his drink driving arrest in the interview (would they ignore that with say Mayweather?). They are so pro Chavez its a joke. And lets not get onto the forgot to take the after fight drug test debacle. Theres some shady shit going on there no doubt about it.

    Great blog.

The opposite scoring between the British and worldwide fans, for that particular fight, must surely be down to different commentary? There must have been influence from somewhere with that obvious divide.

Be great to compare, especially the journos from different parts of the world, when some "big" fights start happening.
