How long does ıt take you to brush your teeth?

I can paste up the brush and get all my teeth and tongue and roof of my mouth and then rınse and gargle ın under 60 seconds. Some people are takıng 5 mınutes of grındıng and rıppıng and wearıng down the enamel on theır teeth. I cannot understand why some people brush theır teeth so fuckıng long. How long does ıt take you to brush your teeth?

the ONLY tıme I took more than 60 seconds was that tıme my grandmother was jerkıng me off.

If you put a small amount 1/4 a cap of listerine or other mouthwash in before the toothpaste and mix them up they get even cleaner even faster.

I wasted heaps of it at first, but you will find you dont need much of it to do the trick.
