We have 3 cats at home, i do love them all dearly, but my god the bloody hair
goes everywhere, especially when your going out for a evening and you realise your smothered
in cat hair . Just wondered what pets you have and do they get on your tits sometimes

I used to have a fish that for some reason was delivered in a plastic cup free with some fried chicken I ordered several years ago. It came with a weeks supply of food for the fish too. A bit weird as I had not asked for a pet fish and just some chicken, but I fed it and grew attached to it. I bought it food and fed it but it died several months later. I was mortified when I came home one day and he was dead in his bowl which I had bought for him. He was a tiny thing no more than a cm and a half long. I took him outside and buried him pledging never to get another pet as death is all too tragic. I don't know if he was a he, I am just assuming there. Harmless little bugger swimming around all day.

I use to have a cat, they look after themselves and are great pets. Unfortunately she was a bit of a slapper and had loads of babies so we had to get rid of her.

I've got my dog Biff. He'll be 7 this summer. He's very smart, very clever...but a total chickenshit.

LOL That reminds me when I use to go to India as a kid, grandparents had a farm and they had a greyhound type of dog which use to bark at everyone but as soon as someone shouted at it the dog would run away.

I had a dog and a cat that died within the past few years. Now I have a cat that was abandoned at work who eats coffee grounds and sleeps in the bathtub. Real weirdo right there. I have tons of other peoples pets during the day so I get my fill

I got two pugaliers. Nicest natures.

Two medium dogs, they look after each other very well, wouldnt own just one ever again after this. Same sort of cost as one big dog, except the vets fees which are rare..

Cats, dogs, birds, become part of the family and you mourn them like you would a best friend or one of your kids when they die.

I hate to say it, but my wife and I have agreed to never get another pet, they're just more fucking trouble then they're worth. I'm also reaching retirement age, and plan to travel, and I don't want to worry about leaving a pet behind when i'm gone for 2 weeks.

The other morning we had a little thunderstorm and the thunder and lightening was pretty bad. Biff went from his bed (a large dog bed under the dinner table) to my bed where he tried to hide from the storm. Such a chickenshit.

2 dogs (a Welsh Corgi mix and an Aussie shepard mix), a cat (the gray and black kind) and an asshole of a fish (a Blood Parrot Cichlid, he killed three other fish).

I am able to travel and am fortunate enough to have good friends and family that are willing to watch them while we are gone.

How the hell can a fish be an asshole?

You put non-Cichlids in with a Cichlid or was it killing it's own kind? Those and tiger fish are the most aggressive fresh water fish I have come across, much more so than piranhas.

It went down like this, I told my wife I would like a fish tank at some point, so she found someone on craigslist selling a tank with four fish, the stand and accessories for really cheap (moving sale type deal).

We picked everything up set up the tank and immediately they started attacking each other whenever they swam close to each other. We started with three convict cichlids and the blood parrot (also a cichlid). Total survival of the fittest, the blood parrot is bigger than my fist so he was in total control. I was considering selling him to a fish store, but it's that whole wife present thing.
