you click reply, that leads you to a clear page, the emblems along the top, theres two in the middle that look like a globe of the world.

The one you want is on the left it says 'insert link' when you hover the pointer over it.

You have your utube video already open and you just paste and copy the url above the utube link into the screen that comes up when you click on the left hand side globe thing and paste it in there.

or you could just post the url of the youtube page in the post like and the forum embeds it automatically...
