    Default Breathing Correctly

I have never felt fitter than I am now. I go on the cross trainer and do short 15 second and 10 second sprints for 35 minutes. The trick is to breath correctly and get as much oxygen in your lungs. You get less fatigued that way and your endurance is built up. Amazing what breathing correctly can do.

I saw a guy out running with a gum shield in his mouth the other day. Made me think about good breathing.

When I work out I simply gasp for air like a fish out of the pond.

Holyfield had a gum shield where he could breath through.

I knew I should have put this thread in the training section. It is not appreciated here.

Honestly it works, it is almost like what I imagine yoga to be like. You concentrate on the breathing technique and focus on that and the time of the sprints finishes. You gradually build this up to more sessions and you really feel it when you go out on the football pitch.

I just scored 12 goals today!
