    Default Is Holyfield serious????

Does he really think he stands a chance against either of the klit bros.? It's sad that a warrior like that has thrown his pride aside just because he is way over his head in debt. He is defiantly acting like a desperate man.

He has 11 kids. They all have to reach the age before he 18 before he has to stop paying for them. Desperate indeed. I'm sure he'd take one of the klits handing him a check and a belt over getting punched in the head, but this is boxing.
They want your @$$ beat because upsets make news. News brings about excitement, excitement brings about ratings. The objective is to bring you up to the tower and tear your @$$ down. And if you don't believe that, you're crazy.

No one has stopped Holyfield since Toney. Holyfield is past the stage where we think he will win. If he loses it is expected, if he wins he becomes a legend.

It might be a carnival of the obscene. But I'll tell you what, he wouldn't go out in a passive fetal position curled up on the canvas like Thompson or a heavyweight imposter ala Mormeck.

The klitschko's won't fight him, they said years ago: that ''We have far too much respect for evander to further damage his health\reputation....we are boxers not barbarians'' That was like 8 years ago or something, ibragimov and byrd completely dominated him! Holy is pretty much a journeyman nowadays its quite sad what has happened to him. In fact he's getting beat by journeyman!

Any idiot suggesting there is some sort of honour in the holyfield debacle wants shooting! The guy is just desperate and lost and has not been a serious threat to the division for a decade or more! 'Going out on your shield etc' lol We don't need a 50 yr old holyfield getting battered by journeyman in the division thankyou very much, have some respect. Evander needs someone to sit him down and tell him a few home truths....

He's already a legend. He doesn't need to be in a farce of a fight against people he would have murdered in his pomp. The Klits both have tremendous amounts of respect for him though and I think it's highly unlikely they would fight him now.

Holyfield put on some great performances but he was not a great heavyweight champion in terms of being consistant. In that regards he is not a legend.

That's very debateable considering holyfield struggled with the 2 SHW'S he actually fought i.e bowe and lenny.

You underestimate the difficulty of the task that PRIME klitschko pose.

You also forget he got beat by moorer and was extremely lucky vs bert cooper! So don't suggest he would wipe the floor with two 240lb ring tacticians like klitschko! Oh ya and its probable he was a major roid abuser too..
