Question Cats, how many is too many?

I like pets and all that, 2 or 3 beasts I can understand, but no one needs 7 cats do they?

Can't get through eating that many either right?

I love cats, but as much I hate to say it they're more trouble then they're worth. The last one my wife and I had (a black male) would run off for 3 or 4 days at a time, finally it just disappeared and never returned. My wife said, "no more fucking cats".

I have 2 cats.... the basic rule is to hack off their bollocks ASAP.

I could not stand them spraying all over the place. also one of my main hate is the people who allow them to walk and sit where you prepare food.... cats arse sandwich anyone ?

@Dia bando - A gray male Manx about 2-3 years old wandered up into my yard about 8 weeks ago, I suspect he was dropped off. (as a gift from someone) Anyway, after hanging around a day or 2, Mr. Manx caught and ate all the vital organs out of one of the annoying, bird feeder draining squirrels that live in the trees on my property. I was so impressed, I made friends with the cat, and started feeding the boy, he's really sweet, and not nearly as annoying as my grandchildren who visited yesterday. So, I guess I have a cat for a pet now, at least for the time being.
