    Default Greatest Comeback Ever

Just watched the Alvarez fight there and was thinking whats the best ever comeback in a fight, were the guys been compleatly dominated in the early part of the fight and knocked down a few times but still came back to win

Nigel Benn versus Gerrald McClellan would be one that springs to mind.

Might as well have been 10 points. If Froch hadn't have stopped Taylor he would have lost so it was a pretty good comeback to grab victory with 14 seconds left in the fight. He was 106-102 down on 2 cards at least. Turning an imminent points loss in to a stoppage victory i'm certain can be called a good comeback.

    Eubank against Watson.

Eubank battered and dropped but as he gets off the canvas he rips up a fuck off huge uppercut.

Thompson v Haye was a hell of a comeback because Carl was getting battered. In fact a lot of Carl's fight are in this category.

JMM coming back from 3 knockdowns in the 1st Pac fight to get a draw.

Jorge Fernando Castro vs. John David Jackson is just awesome to behold as he was totally outclassed and getting battered, looked like he had nothing left then BAM !

Hands down the best comeback ever...
I do NOT think this was a FOTY thought. It was a pretty bad one-sided beat down until Castro lands a 4 punch combo and just puts the lights out for Jackson. I can't help but think of this fight when I see Jackson coaching fighters now. It would be a very hard memory to erase as his pupil.

Castillo vs Diego Corrales I. It takes two to tango but Corrales was a little better this time! These two put on a performance that will be remembered for a long, long time.

That's the best come back that I had in mind too.

I'm gonna list some not so known/popular ones:

Ornelas vs. McKart 2 - An action packed fight which see's Ornelas floored twice before coming back making McKart quit on his stool. A fight thats vastly overlooked.
Carrasquilla vs. Hong - Carrasquilla dictates the pace in round 1. Then in round 2 he drops Hong 4 times. Round 3 comes around and Hong drops and stops Carrasquilla in his own back yard.
"Nañara" Martinez vs. Fuentes - "Nañara" hits the deck 3 times in 4 rounds only to comeback and spark Fuentes out in the 5th and claim the WBO title.
"Popo" Freitas vs. "Heina" Barrios - IMO one of the most underrated fights. What a sensational ending.
"Sellers vs. "Cat" Thompson - 6 knockdowns in 4 rounds. Sellers goes down twice and Thompson four in this back and forth fight.
Duarte vs. Torres - A fucken bloody mess with Duarte bleeding from both eyes and having been floored early on comes back to floor Torres twice to win it in the 9th rd.
