    DİA HELL YEAH---SHITTING IS KEY FOR ME TO WEIGHT LOSS. Im havıng serıous weıght problems rıght now and went to all-veg and beans for now.

    Eat no breakfast and go running.

    Have smaller meals more often.
    Do not let success go to your head and do not let failure get to your heart.
