    Default Worst boxing writer?

Who, in your opinion, is the worst boxing writer at present? Could be in a magazine, newspaper, website, or blog, etc.

For me, it's a guy called Scott Gilfoid on BoxingNews24. Completely incapable of writing a balanced article. Can't spell, doesn't try to. His pieces read like they're written by the worst, laziest Daily Mail journalist. Doesn't seem to really understand boxing at all, and just comes across as a very bitter man/bad internet troll.

That website has absolutely no quality control whatsoever.

I've read him before. I think he's just a wind-up merchant, always slagging off UK fighters. Although any div can write for a boxing site, and boxing forums prove there sure are plenty of divs out there

I do not like Collin Hart but that is more personal than his writing. Frank Warren is a crap, bias and hypocritical writer for his newspaper articles but I guess you would expect him to be.

Mike Marley. The man is a giant fucking idiot. He is also one of the most bias writers I've ever seen. He writes like he is giving us a big surprise exclusive with every single article, when post of them are about Bob Arum telling Mike that the Floyd fight is Manny's priority.

Since we're here, why not make this a hybrid thread? Who are the best writers in boxing?

First thing that comes to mind is Doug Fischer from Ring Magazine.

"Scott Gilfoid" is just a pen name of David Rosenberg, the owner of East Side Boxing and Boxingnews24. He uses several other pen names on the same site.

Those articles by the nonexistant "Scott Gilfoid" are for the purpose of upsetting British boxing fans and increasing the traffic to the Boxingnews24 website.

The worst real boxing writer is Eric Raskin, who was let go by The Ring magazine last year.
