    Default What defense can one do when you get knocked out: parry or block ?

    I think slipping the next one and looking for a counter is your bet bet.
    Some may wnat to clinch and hold on till you come to though, whaddya think...

    depending on how badly you've been knocked out, rolling out the ring could be an option

    Everyone always told me the fight was over when you were KO'ed. It's too late to do anything after the KO.
    My advice is to get to your dressing room ASAP, make up some good excuses and take a nice long shower.

    An example from an old pal elsewhere went by the handle Baseball Choke:

    Michael Bisping in his fight against Dan Henderson showed great recovery after taking this huge shot from Hendo:


    Sadly Bisping realized Henderson would go for a body shot while he was on the ground and lowered his hands to protect himself, but Dangerous Dan saw this and went for the head instead:


    thus receiving the knockout blow:
