    In addition to the beach landing, I believe they are simulating penetration through enemy lines.

    This is true, the speedo swim wear helps suppress hardons, that would otherwise slow them down.

    It's nifty. Who needs an idle machine when you can have a human working out as the machine and have another utilising the faux machine in order to get his work out. It is cost effective training and I am all for it. It is profoundly lovely stuff.

    Now that gays can openly serve in the U.S. military (thanks to Comrade Dingle-Barry) we'll be seeing more of these "maneuvers" here in the States.
