Default Who id like to see Broner fight

    Given he wins impressively tonight
    ....
    Andre Berto
    Zab Judah
    Tim Bradley
    Marquez
    Victor Ortiz
    Guerrero

I think he needs to step up in competition. Only problem is, honestly don't see him beating any of the guys on my list. I don't think he will carry the same power against these guys at the higher weights and he seems to be a type to fade late. Maybe hes a sleeper and we haven't seen everything but I doubt it. Thoughts? Anybody you want to see him fight?

Good post, I completely re-cant my assessment of the douchebag . Before just watching that, I would've thought he'd probably at least start favourite over everyone you listed. Now I think he gets beat up by perhaps every single one.

I actually think Zab Judah would have a great chance to knock his ass out, not even kidding. That would certainly be a great draw if they could make it in the same venue, makes sense for all.

Guys, Broner just scraped by Paulie Maliggnaggi. How does that translate into a fight with Manny Pacquiao? Broner's people will scale back his career trajectory after this performance. He'll defend the title against a few nobody's, and Showtime will pay him millions to do it, which is retarded and ridiculous.

Berto, Cano, Karass, Thurman, Alexander maybe. I don't think they'll let him go anywhere near those guys though. Hopefully, Paulie gets a rematch, and get to make another $1.3MM pay day. Can you believe Broner got paid $1.5MM to fight Paulie?

I'm hard pressed to think of a guy who has been so highly placed on a mount, "the savoir of boxing" ffs and self "anointed" and has looked so unimpressive while having it done. It makes the sport even more cheap and gimmicky. But I don't know if they can dumb it down and go backwards now, though you are right he needs to. It has all the feel and look of a Berto or Gamboa situation early on only more obnoxious.

What do you think of that pitch where they want the fans to 'pick his next opponent'? They may be setting themselves up for a massive eating of crow. I mean its not like fans online, arm chair fans, are going to pick a cake walk non name but more so a huge player? Dunno, just sounds silly.

Pretty glad that Kahn's name hasn't been thrown in there. I can actually see boner goin back down the weights for a year or so and fighting burns, vacating the belt if there is no paulie rematch

Yeah I think Zab can too, I have a feeling he has a weak chin aswell, he seemed to be paralyzed everytime paulie threw a punch, as well as Gavin Reese, and these guys have pillows for punches he could've easily stopped there flurries but he seems a little to afraid to get hit. I put this up before the Paulie fight but after watching it, I think he will become the biggest fluke in boxing history.

I didn't mention Khan because he has a tendency to get clipped but just about anybody whether he's milestones better than them or not, he needs to pump his neck or change his style to keep his hands up and move his head.
