Id say Garcia beats him easily. Other then that Id give him great chance against anyone else in the div.

Aka The Indonesia Felix Sturm. He's a waste. He hasn't ventured out of Indonesia in years and his fellow Indonesian, Daud Yordan, faces tougher challenges than he does. He's the longest running champion at featherweight, but when was the last time he faced someone with a pulse?

You are right bro but with fighters like Chris JOhn and Sturm, they have a huge fan base at home and they can make more money fighting stiffs in their backyard than fighting in the states for lot less money..

American boxing fans tend to find guys like JOhn and Sturm boring so they are not really demanding those guys to come to the states anyways, are they?

When CHris JOhn fought Rocky Juarez, how much do u think he got? not nearly as much as what he gets in Indonesia..

THe first big fight Sturm got into in the states was against OScar delahoya and he got robbed so what makes u think he wants to fight here again?

NOt all fighters can have the luxury of these two fighters especially when looking at their non-fan friendly style but regardless, they have a huge fans base in their country so they dont find the need to fight in America..

This is true. However, it's one thing to demand to fight in Indonesia and another thing to not take on challenges. How can we gauge how good he really is? By the way, John has a lot of skills. I just wish we could see him facing another top featherweight every once in a while, here or in Indonesia.

Yup I'd like to see him more willing to face big names just as his countryman Daud Yordan who just issiued a challenge to Gamboa on the pac rios undercard.

He's been in this game too long and he's too good to be wasting his skills on lesser foes.

I'd love to see a young gun like Fortuna take him on

He (controversially) beat JMM. He is a very good technician. Has Mayweather ever fought out of his home country. John is a good fighter. He's past his best now though.

No, he hasn't, and there are complaints over Mayweather's choice of opponents, BUT Mayweather has faced some good boxers. I can't recall the last legit challenge to John's featherweight crown, other than perhaps, Daud Yordan. In my opinion, Yordan has faced tougher challenges than John has recently.
