    Default Nuggets of wisdom

Some "nuggets of wisdom" from VD:

    • Chavez Jr. "ruined" Martinez in the fight where Junior was actually humiliated and exposed for the inferior, coddled boxer that he is.

    • It was a "sad day for boxing" when Cotto totally outboxed Margacheato and handed his ass to him. VD maintains Cotto should've let Margacheato hit him and knock him out.

    • Cotto taking a knee protecting himself from Margarito's plaster casts was "quitting"... but De La Hoya sitting on the stool QUITTING against Manny Pacquiao was (ahem) "a corner stoppage".

    • Canelo was trying "not to knock out" Mosley, purely out of respect. Because that is what boxing is all about... not trying to knock out your opponent.

Stop it VD... you're killing us here!!!

Everyone is entitled to have an opinion and you could target any poster here and make a list of their far out opinions. It is just VD's list would be longer than most posters.
