Speaking of Khan and a lack of brains. "he'd rather wait for Floyd" ?? Beating Alexander would have guaranteed Floyd. I'm starting to think he grew up on a mushroom farm.

This fight should be good but as a rule I'm not a big fan of watching two southpaws. I think Devon stops Zab late.

I don't think Alexander can do what Garcia couldn't. I can't get behind Devon after his glorious win over Bailey. I don't believe Zab is slowing down that fast.

Honestly the first thing that came to mind was forgetting to put Devon on Bigstinkys fighters you dislike watching thread.

Khan, Alexander, Floyd are all connected to Golden Boy. There's obviously a reason the plug was pulled on the fight.

They may be connected but that does not mean that's the reason it was pulled. One could just as easily make the case that it should be the reason it goes forward. Problem is if he lost to Devon he would not even come up in the conversation in the future. Alexander and Floyd are buddies. I just dont see them ever fighting. Its just as likely that the fight upset his marriage plans. Khan has not even moved to 147 yet as I am sure you are well aware and has really done nothing of late to even get him in the line up. Beating Alexander would have moved him to the front of the line. Based on the reports I've read there is nothing to suggest that Khan will be Floyds next opponent. Dumb move by Khan. Maybe that's been his problem all along. Thinking about Floyd instead of the fight that he's in.

You could be right though but I'd be shocked if Floyd fights Khan next. You need some kind of tin to get a Floyd fight or be moving up leaving some behind.

If Khan was the frontrunner for Mayweather it would be pretty silly and pointless to fight Alexander. "Tin" isn't as important as fanbase

You usually have to bring something to the table with Floyd so yeah I suppose Khan has his die hard fans but I just don't see this happening. There was a reason Garcia was on the same card and announced that he was moving to 147 almost immediately. Khan would look like a major step down for Floyd at this point and Floyd makes the same money against Garcia and it means much more legacy wise. The Lucas/Garcia fight almost got tossed and I'd wager something was at least inferred to seal it.

Khan has been almost masturbating over Floyd for 3 years. Its all he talks about even before he about to fight other people. I mean you cant blame the guy for wanting that payday but you need to translate that want into justification by ring performances. Khan has not done that or fought at 147 and his fanbase is Britain and not even close to what say Hatton had or even Calzaghe.

Having said all of that Garcia might want to get his feet wet first and Floyd will need a dance partner in a weight area that is running out of bodies so you could be right. Maybe he will take his show on the road. He's always said he wanted to fight in England. He's probably got more fans there then Khan

Khan is stupid for not taking this fight. If Zab gets this fight and somehow win, MayDay card's co main event will be Zab vs Broner(if Broner beat M&M)!!!

i would pick devon to win it but i could see zab winning. he has great speed that could throw off alexanders rhythm which we have seen can be done. although both fighters seem to not show up randomly so i guess the winner will be whoever decides to show up that night.

I'm actually rooting for Zab in this fight. If Zab can keep his stamina in check he can win this fight.

Zab is finished as a top fighter, face reality guys. Stop the wishful thinking from your youth, he is not the same fighter.
