3 new SAS trainees died this summer during the selection process alone , its brutal.

The SAS invented the "Kill House" which all special forces now use.

My Grandad on my dads side was a Commando then made it into the SAS, we only found out when he was on his death bed about 15 years ago when he started reeling off old stories about the Suez Canal days and that he'd killed some soldiers with his bare hands in some mission

Turned out he was a Champion boxer in the army too before he joined them.

I'd say Delta and Navy SEALS. Respect to the Brits because we modeled our early SF units off of them.
