What's your average miles? Be honest, now...

I average 3 miles when I hit the pavement or tread. Nothing less than 2 1/2.

I do a little over 6 every other day. I'd prefer to shorten it but I have a great route. South down the intercoastal waterway, accross the bridge then up the intercoastal checking out all the billionaires mansions on the bike path, when the bike path ends I turn right to the. Atlantic ocean then back. I can't figure out what part to miss to shorten it.

I'll be heading to LA soon and I'll probably do around 5 every other day when I get there unless the beaches are more interesting than they seemed last spring.

I don't run regularly but I did just run a 10K (6.3 miles) a couple of weeks ago, my time was 53:27.

I do 3 minimum when I go. I am going more regularly now, probably twice a week on average. When I was fitter, I could do 5 easier than I do the 3 now and I know that is down to the extra 2 stone im carrying.

I hate running in the flat and like the struggle to get up hills. Someruns my legs burn and I will walk when it gets to the point that O wouldnt be able to run again for a week or so if I carried on but any hills I will challenge myself not to stop until im over the brow of the hill, even if it means slowing a bit so I dont have to stop. Thats more a mental thing, so when iv done it I know I can do it and I can push myself.
