He did, 2 'official' warnings early then a couple more leading to 10th. After that it became about Salido hitting him in the balls...and the weight...and Texas.

Cole is the asterisk some are grabbing at. But Salido was too deep and too soon for Loma who can learn-use more in these 12 as a pro than he has learned in how ever many glorified ama fights he rode in on. He looked solid late. Take it and build.

I knew it was perfectly ok for Ioka to be rushed because he is extra special and so far ahead of his peers..

My boy Naoya inoue is also stepping up to the champ adrian hernandez next but that move is also proper because inoue is a super talent..

Lomachenko isnt on their level so I knew right away that fighting salido was the wrong move.. also considering how salido is the type of pressure fighter who gets stronger as the fight progresses, I knew loma wasnt ready for the deep water..

Loma is overrated.
