This is a great matchup of former blue chip prospects who just can't quite seem to hack it at World/Elite level.
I'll go with Guerrero as I feel he has more heart and just a bit more talent.

Is this on an undercard? It doesn't do all that much for me on its own. If Lemieux doesn't get to him, Guerrero wins.
