Im not 100% sure but think its to do with certain positions around your body where there are little to no muscle where fat gives a bit of extra padding

Interesting how people look at the same thing and are drawn to different aspects. Joshua is alarmingly thin at the waist but I never would have noticed because I couldn't get past that crane neck. It has to be impossible to tuck your chin when you're neck is 8 inches long.
