A few notes from the vid (and guys, feel free to correct me if I get it wrong)...
When he reaches with the jab he drops his right
His chin is up and out nearly the entire fight
He seems to like the right uppercut a bit
Eager to hook instead of jab
Very long and wide with his punches
Very predictable throwing left-right-left-right...never doubles up like jab, left hook, or 2 left hooks in a row.
From that I would say if you stick to a Tyson-esque metronome side to side bobbing and weaving you can get inside relatively easy. He's there wide open to be hit...couldn't tell if he had much power at all, seemed wild with his punches but predictable as well. Watch when he jabs that right hand drops below his chest leaving you a perfect opportunity to slip the jab, counter right, follow with the left hook. You should be very capable of establishing the jab on him although he is a bit lanky his jab sucks.
I think you're a class above this cat, but just focus on getting in shape. Have your lungs, your legs, and be ready to carry your power for this fella. I think you can take him Tam!
Hate to keep mentioning it, BUT if you get your right cross working this guy will be WIDE FUCKING OPEN for that feint right followed with the big left hook....you already see how his arms are moving forward, out, right hand down.....the guy is a sitting duck if your timing, movement, and accuracy are there. Let your weight shift (from right foot to left foot) when you feint the right (1. that helps sell the feint 2. that allows you to load up on the punch 3. it gives you a little time to assess the effectiveness of your feint) if he buys the feint you'll see his hands move, he'll likely step straight back and you're ready for liftoff with that giant left hook and then it's Goodnight Sweetheart for Mr. Black Trunks.
Get stuck in, work that jab and put him on the defensive....you'll hammer that dude out if you are properly prepared.
I'm looking forward to this fight almost as much as you!
P.S. if you try the right feint, left hook, keep your right hand glued to your cheek in case he tries to counter
