He could not put away Siarhei Liakhovich . What's to be said about this? He won a UD, a pretty solid one. No knock downs, however. But, what's to be said??

Wilder finished him in one... Jennings and Helenius did him in under 10... Briggs did him in the 12th, but was fighting to a draw at that point if not losing the fight.

What is to be said about all of this??

I'm calling bust on Ruiz. A big bust Only saw the fight from 4th round on but I think he could have easily lost that fight. Liakhovich looked like a guy who had to keep reminding himself of his "role" and made Ruiz look terrible.

By in large I do not watch the hevs unless there is nothing else although guys like Joshua provide a little light. I admit that I'd love to see Wlad get a crack at those other two squabbling over the scraps of Vitali's table but it seems the WBC will only force unification on an ad-hoc basis.

This the man that is apparently in the running to take over a division with another who has yet to fight someone above the top 40 in a division that is arguably the weakest in a 100 years. Yes. He should have at least worn down Siarhei and got a mid-round quittage in the corner. At the very least. Not good for Ruiz.

Siarhei was there to be grounded out. But he couldn't. At no time was Siahei in trouble or danger of being stopped, or afraid to advance and continue.

Ruiz just did not impress.

A pretty solid UD? As Spicoli said, he could have lost that fight and probably would have if Liakovich even came to win. Sergei busted him up a little and had a couple of big rounds when he threw punches, Ruiz is shit. Whether he has better ability than he was able to show there or not, he's shit. Odlanier Solis has way way more talent but hasn't gotten into proper shape to use it at a high level, yet he looks like Tim Bradley compared to this whale.

Show me one fighter ever who looked anything like this guy and wasn't a joke.
