Sorry no idea, have tried digging up a for sure start time but no luck. Its happening new years eve in Japan, so perhaps more like late tonight with the time difference? How sad that we have possibly the best boxer in the world currently and nobody even knows how to watch his fights though!! Rigo has been more exciting than Floyd over the last couple of years, he's closer to a young Mayweather than pretty well anything since imo, and he still can't make money or even get shown on the American networks. I guess he needs to start beating up women and hanging out with Justin Beiber or something

It will likely start around this time tomorrow. I think its live on Fuji TV in Japan and you will have to try find a stream to watch anywhere else in the world I would say. Watching the Inoue card on Ustream now so theyll be a good shout to show it tomorrow.
