    Default Thurman.

What are your thoughts on him? What does he do well, and what are some flaws?

Very decent. He got slated last time out, but you can't bowl everyone over. Still a work in progress, but a very good work in progress. His only drawback is gonna be that he's the type of fighter that a lot of the top dogs will want to avoid. Very dangerous.

Good speed, Very Good power, fights well on the backfoot as he shown last fight, and also well on the front foot. Negatives: doesnt always pick his shots, wastes a few, when his punch selection improves he will knock out top ww's. Defence isnt great and he wings his punches too much, His punches are very wide, he needs to straighten them up. Good fighter though, should have a bright future.

I think he's a fantastic prospect, he reminds me very much of a welterweight David Haye. Incredibly strong and athletic, with solid fundamentals and boxing sense. He's a mobile bomber, a boxer puncher with KO power in both hands, but he can also settle down and box smart like he had to do against Bundu. He's very fluid with his punching and very creative with his combos and punch selection.

He has a lot of room to improve but a guy like that is a threat to anyone in the division, including guys like Floyd and Pac.

The Guerrero fight is going to be the big reveal for him because that's a tough fight.

Thurman is exciting, articulate and media friendly. I hope he becomes the next best thing and not another Berto.
