Rumors are he might be heading to a showdown against Lara, IMO it's a bad move stylistically for Cotto, but well why give Canelo the shot when Lara outboxed the shit out of Alvarez handing him what should have been his second loss, big props for always going for the best opposition if true

Agreed, Not that Saul isn't a good boxer but he continues to be groomed for the next big thing. The judges are way to overboard with his scores going back to the Trout fight and probably before. Cotto is in no way a ducker. I can't think of anyone he's ducked, maybe you guys know his history better than me. Maybe that's one reason why he can't be bothered with Saul. Just guessing on that of course. I personally would like to see them fight but he would need to fight him as far away from the Mexican border he can get. I hope he didn't have another Floyd fight but Roach would like to see that happen.
