I don't have any links on the web, but i'll give you some basic tips to get started.
Start by just throwing straights, try and keep the movement of the ball in a straight line to start with.
One thing to note with a floor to ceiling ball is that it is a harmonic oscillator, what this basicly means is that it doesn't matter how hard you hit it, the time it takes for the ball to go back and then forward (back to the point where you hit it) is always the same, therefore the natural frequency of the ball determines when you should throw your next punch!
You can change the speed of the bag by adjusting the tightness.
So, the first thing you need to do is get used to the frequency of your ball just by lightly jabbing it in straight line (if you hit it harder, the ball will move faster, but it will travel further and will take the same TIME to reach back to the starting point).

You don't have to hit the ball every time it comes back, it is far easier to hit it every second time it comes back while your staring off. So a good beginner routine would be just to jab the ball every second swing, and then gradually add more snap to your jab. When you start to feel comfortable with this, you can add a quick left-right 1-2 combination, with the right hand hitting the ball when it comes back for the first time, which will be half the gap between the punches than when you were waiting for the second swing .

To summarise - keep the ball moving in a staright line, not side to side. then jab - ball back - ball forward - ball back - jab -
back - forward - back - jab - back - forward - back - jab - back - right hand. Keep the routines simple to start with and practice. hope this was of some use.
