I must admit that I am having doubts, but this always happens before a big fight. I am confident further on out, but as the weeks turn into days and the days into hours, that confidence weans and wanes. Manny has been in close fights, he does get cut, but he has also dazzled in a way Mayweather hasn't in over a decade. If he can shine, you better shield your eyes. If he has slipped, then prepare for some pain. Come on Manny. One last shocker. A Barrera 1, a Cotto, type of performance. Cotto took Mayweather to the limit and Pac crushed him, but Mayweather easily outboxed Marquez. It is all very curious. Let's get this done.

Truly I am hoping, above all for an exciting fight. I'm with Manny win lose or draw. I lived through the Boston v. New York rivalry most of my life in the states but I forgot how nasty people can get over there picks. It's strange when you think about it. I completely agree. In 2010, I would have favoured Mayweather, but it could have gone either way. Tonight, I'm so sure Mayweather will win by TKO that I actually bet on boxing for the first time ever.
That being said, I still hope that Mayweather loses brutally. I have nothing but contempt for anyone who commits domestic violence.
