He's staying with McGuigan too. What do we think of this?

Not sure why he needs Haymon and McGuigan advising him. Just seems like more money out of his pot, I doubt McGuigan's slice is affected.
I'm a bit sceptical about this because I said a long time ago that Frampton and McGuigan would end in tears and Frampton will feel he's getting stitched up. I just hope this doesn't mean Frampton fights less frequently.
Maybe I'm wrong, we'll see. It's an interesting one though.

Frampton probably signed for a lot of money and US connection/access. Good move.

McGuigan knows the landscape at 122 and 126. A lot of guys who would make big money fights for Frampton at those weights are already Haymon fighters so if you want to play you've got to pay.

Also, too, Rigondeaux is signing with a rapper apparently. So a perfect excuse to keep avoiding him.

Obviously McGuigan is reckoning Frampton gets from where he is now to the end of his career much more profitably if Haymon is part of the picture.

So does this mean his next fight will be Abner Mares

Or Takami Kamida or whatever his name is?!?!?

    McGuigan doesn't think so.
