A sure thing! Frampton V Quigg?

Last night made a few people think,! if or when Frampton V Quigg face each other Frampton would
be a sure winner, it seems to me this is a 50/50 fight Quigg looked really good last night, were as
Frampton looked a bit vulnerable,! this is a excellent fight and I am a big fan of both.
There maybe a stumbling block is Frampton struggling at the weight.!

One thing did me laugh last night. British TV in General, (David Haye in particular) manged to airbrush out Rigondeaux's existence on this planet.
All the talk of unifying all the belts,etc. etc.
No doubt Frampton is most people's favourite, but first McGuigan talks about A-side , B-side, now there's a weight issue. Let's be honest, Frampton is a very good fighter, but a step up in weight will not be easy. He's short enough for Super Bantam, but if he steps up, he's gonna be dwarfed!
I think he needs to stay where he is.

The majority of boxing fans/pundits/comms/journos are so arrogant it's ridiculous. If you've not heard of someone it means they're shit. Five minutes of research would reveal Frampton's opponent looked a good, solid fighter that could punch.

After the early rounds, when Frampton realised the funker was there to rip his head off, he boxed brilliant on the front and back foot.

I was confident Quigg, who is probably my favourite UK fighter (I don't really have favourite fighters but Quigg gets way to much shit for being a nice fella/exciting fighter) would KO Kiko. However, i've always slightly favoured Frampton against Quigg - and, unlike the majority, that was reinforced by what I saw last night.

One thing did me laugh last night. British TV in General, (David Haye in particular) manged to airbrush out Rigondeaux's existence on this planet.
All the talk of unifying all the belts,etc. etc.
No doubt Frampton is most people's favourite, but first McGuigan talks about A-side , B-side, now there's a weight issue. Let's be honest, Frampton is a very good fighter, but a step up in weight will not be easy. He's short enough for Super Bantam, but if he steps up, he's gonna be dwarfed!

Quigg V Frampton makes really good sense, a big money fight for both a very big domestic dust up,
and they would make more money than facing Rigo or Cruz for both party's.

I am pretty sure that either fighter would be up for it tomorrow but Barry would need to swallow his pride, and now Haymon would probably insist it is held in America, with all the plastic Paddies whose great uncles dog once lapped up some spilt Guinness, getting behind Frampton, depsite him being from Belfast.

It's a pity because I have always thought that Quigg would stop Frampton, because he is more methodical, patient and accurate. His balance is better also and that makes a huge difference when two fighters are so evenly matched. Close fight but Quigg has the edge imo.

After Rigo expressed interest Lomas manager has backtracked about their interest. Fingers crossed. But Rigo can still make 118 no problem, if he goes up to 126 for Loma he can come back to 122 easy.

I really hope it happens. Even though they are on different levels Loma/Rigo and Frampton /Quigg are both close fights on paper, in which it is hard to foretell exactly what will transpire, and who will win. Those are the type of fights that make me want to stay up and watch, they are fascinating propositions and would reflect well on all the fighters even those on the end of a loss. The Loma/Rigo styles are a bit more polar but Frampton/Quigg are also very different and the styles I think would make a fascinating matchup that at some point could not help but end in fireworks.

Well after last night , Frampton might be going up to 126 as well apparently. So Frampton can avoid Rigo at the next weight up as well.

THe fights over the weekend havent changed my opinion of how this fight would go. Still think Frampton wins easily. He is a far superior boxer. Only think that has changed in my view is Quigg can hit harder then I thought. Id still be decent odds on Frampton and would back Frampton anywhere close to 50/50
