Stating the obvious there matey. Point of inference should be: that anyone who asks for a permanent ban and then receives it is by nature of that agreement not allowed to return. But even if he were, I don't think he would. Hope that clears it up.

He seems to have fallen on his sword thru some kind of misguided loyalty toward you. Twist it how you like but it's no coincidence it happened shortly after your return and protests of innocence. Miles was always a bit hypersensitive but you have taken it to extreme levels.
