Default Pazienza movie: Bleed for this!

Quick promo but looks like they may have done this right. Would love it to cap with comeback over Dele. Great moment! Looking forward to it just hope it doesn't inspire a comeback by Paz

As a person with a spinal injury I wish one of these fucking movies would be honest about how it works. It isn't about will or desire, there are different injuries "complete" or "incomplete" there isn't a damn thing you can do with a complete injury by desire to fix it. And these movies that lie to the ignorant masses are infuriating. Because they give every moron an opinion that is not based in science, fact or medicine.

Excuse my rant, but that "any bump and you can sever your spinal cord" is just bullshit, and it lets me know that they are going to do other Hollywood bullshit. I wish Hollywood would figure out the truth is far more interesting than their BS

Paz has an amazing story to tell and it is worth letting people know that he worked hard to become a champion at the weight.

That's a good point and thanks for that man. Cannot imagine going through it and as is the norm Hollywood often takes liberties with accuracy. Be it a guys actual career, historical events or something real life and more meaningful such as permanent injury and what the effect is on all involved. Movie wise I remember Born On the 4th of July...now that's irony...as a brutal look at paralysis. As a flick I won't hold it against a movie and take it with a grain of salt as such. They nailed Paz it looks, right down to smashed nose, weight drains early on and highest point to lowest point between Dele and Santana return.

I hope they make a good movie of it, and I'm certainly not judging it without seeing it. Just, like with Million Dollar Baby. They did what Hollywood does. But the real story was far more interesting. Like you said, they've done good with some aspects. I just hope they don't turn it into every other movie. Tell Paz's story and it will be great.

I hope they explore a couple of things in depth:
    1. Paz's classics against the extremely dangerous Roberto Duran (yes, I'm being sarcastic).
    2. The cappuccino crash he suffered, which allowed Roy Jones to steal the most impressive victory of his career.

Yes, I admit it, I'm a hater. I don't wish the nan ill, but I find him to be the ultimate hype job (more than even Canelo), and a pretty classless guy in the ring. Would rather see a Jorge Paez movie (if you are looking for a colorful character) and am more excited for the Roberto Duran movie.

The Haugen fights were fun. Although I was rooting for Haugen.
